If something isn’t quite right, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery, as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund promptly.

We offer free shipping across New Zealand, however return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For hygiene and customisation reasons, certain items such as earrings, personalised pieces, and sale items are non-returnable.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please reach out to us within 48 hours, and we’ll make it right.
